My mission is to guide mothers’ through  nature centred teachings and practices, connecting with  their inner knowing and to develop trust in their body for a positive, safe and transformative experience. Together, lets weave your vision into a clear set of intentions and provide the space necessary for birth to be a rewarding, empowering and a spiritual dance for both baby AND Mother!

Clinics are available for those interested in reclaiming their wellness, through natural, environmentally conscious, ancestral approaches as well as herbal remedies. Clinics consist of an initial interview, in depth consultation and a series of follow ups.  

During this time together, we allow your body to talk and begin to decode the messages your body is sharing with us. While holding a safe sacred space we weave together a unique individualized plan. This plan involves:

• Plant remedies such as tea, tincture, topicals, baths, steams
• Lifestyle suggestions
• Dietary recommendations 
• Nature awareness and connection assignments

As shared above, the plan is something we create together and together we will weave a tapestry that is unique and attainable for you!

WOMEN= W(ild) OMEN

The Women’s Nature Circle covers an array of topics. All of our circles are created for women who are seeking more connection, meaning and ultimately a deeper sense of sovereignty in their lives. 

It is a reality (historically/ her-storically and presently) that our culture has  taken great lengths to domesticate, silence and sever women from their innate knowing, connection, power, sovereignty and bodies. This is even apparent in the treatment and approach to birth and earth. 

This time and space is held for women to reunite in circle once again, like our ancestors have done for generations before us. Collectively, we hold space for one another, provide safe support, share experiences, discover natures rhythms and integrate our own cycles, all the while reclaiming our magic, calling on the support of connection and interconnection, bringing meaning and purpose back into our lives. We provide the safe and sacred container to allow who we are as a divine being to evolve and unfurl and blossom into the whole of who we are.

Our main resource for such a wild reclamation is the Earth herself. A woman’s nature and the nature of the wild is one and the same. We gather and learn nature literacy skills to deepen our relationships with ourselves and gain a familiarity with the wild within and all around us. 

Spots are limited. Maximum of 10- 15 w-omen per gathering.

Please Note:

• Circles are hosted outside rain or shine (with the exception of lightening)
• Must register in advance to save spot
• Advanced payment required
• Circles are hosted on at local conservations, parks and occasionally at.a farm, please ensure that there are no conflicting allergies ex. Plants, livestock etc.
• Conservation parking fees may apply
• There is a maximum of 10- 15 women per gathering
• This is not an environment to shame or judge others. If this is the case you will be asked to leave
• This is a child and pet free zone, in order to ensure all women can participate without distraction 
• On occasion circles may be rescheduled or cancelled. There will be a full refund and a complementary circle for those inconvenienced!

Sit with a hive, the womb, portal and passage. Engage in the ancient practice of telling the bees. Speak with the bees but then listen. Allow yourself to be taken on a journey, witness their priestess sisterhood and hear their humm. Dance with these deeply liminal beings, priestesses of old. Feel your nervous system take that deep exhale and allow your heart to finally soften.
